How do I request an early check-in or late checkout?
Our check-in is at 12:00 hrs and check out at 11:00 hrs. For an early check-in before 12:00 hrs or late check-out after 11:00 hrs feel free to call us on +91(0)8322278659 or +91 7798383508 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your arrival.
An early Check-in or late Check-out depends on availability and prior notice. A nominal fee will apply. Early check-out is not-refundable under any circumstances.
How will I know if the room is reserved?
Reservations will be confirmed via email, on receipt of booking amount. Please call or email our management for the payment amount prior to deposit.
My travel plans have changed. What do I do?
If your travel plans change and you wish to cancel your booking, we will make a refund against cancellation subject to notification upto 15 days prior to check in date. Early check-out is not-refundable under any circumstances.
We may permit a change/extension of dates if there is room availability for the dates requested. Any extra payment which may have to be made will be notified at this time, and can be paid at check- in.
Do you provide for extra bedding when travelling with children?
For a more comfortable stay we recommend our AC villa Laranja, ideal for family or group stays with 4 or more people.
All our rooms are double occupancy. A child below 10 years will be charged Rs. 500/- a night inclusive of breakfast. We can accommodate a maximum of four persons (two adults and two children below the ages of 10 years) in each room. Children over 10 years and adults will be charged Rs 1000/-. Do you provide meals other than breakfast?
We do not provide lunch or dinner, however there are a number of local Veg and Non-Veg restaurants which provide a variety of cuisines, including traditional Goan, Chinese, North and South Indian. Some also deliver to our doorstep on request.
How do I request an airport or railway station pickup and/or drop off?
We do make arrangements for pickup and drop on request and at additional charge. We also arrange for taxi/car/bike hire for the duration of your stay.
