The house has several bedrooms , six of which are let out. The four bedrooms, a stand alone one bedroom cottage and an open plan two bedroom cottage ensure we cater to everyone's style of preferred stay. Our bedrooms are themed and named after local Goan fruits in their 'christened' Portuguese names. Each room is unique in its design and style with antique Goan furnishings, reflecting the vibrant culture and history of the land.
The first of our double occupancy rooms, Melancia is air-conditioned and the breezy green tones aptly reflect the lush country side. The bedroom is on the first floor and has a balcony with a relaxing view of sunny skies and palm trees. Drawing this bountiful energy from the surrounding greenery, we hope that your stay in this room will bring you prosperity in the future.
This double occupancy room calls out to every weary traveler. The bright and playful colours (as well as the air-conditioning) rejuvenate the mind and body, and get our guests up and going, eager to explore every one of those long- winding roads.

Our cozy little cottage with its air conditioning and open plan has two bedrooms and is ideally suited for a family. The inspiration for the villa is the orange fruit - believed to symbolize knowledge and rejuvenation, good luck and prosperity. We hope that a stay here would do likewise for our honored guests.
A stand alone one bedroom cottage is our latest addition to the fruits in our 'quinta'. It has a naturally cooled bedroom opening into a spacious balcão at the front of the property.
